My goal this year is for our entire church to be reading the text that I am preaching the week before I preach it, so I have provided January's reading plan. As you read, we would like you to practice the "SOAP" method.
Study the scripture
Observe what is happening in the passage you are reading.
Apply the scripture to your life.
Pray
Here are some questions to ask as you read each text:
1. What stood out to you in this reading?
2. How do the connecting Scriptures deepen your understanding?
3. What is God inviting you to do this week?
